Garry Johnson - The Punk Detective

The latest chapter in my search for truth and justice.

Just returned from a legal meeting and discussions with the Police...and "no"..I was not `under arrest`...as this time the Police are helping me with my enquiries.

I now have official Police information and copies of Custody Records.

They confirm:
GARRY JOHNSON of 8 Elm Road Wickford was arrested after various allegations were made by JULIE JOHNSON of 22 Bridge Road Wickford

Alleged to have sent malicious communications to ex-wife. No further action taken on the advice of the CPS.

Thus proving that as stated in earlier Chapter and in `The Punk Poet` - I was "not guilty" and had nothing to do with the naked photographs or pornographic clips of JULIE JOHNSON (aka Julie Taylor Johnson) that feature on the Internet.

Nelson Guest Solicitors wrote after my release.

"Garry was arrested after allegations were made by his ex-wife about various matters relating to Mr Johnson and things he is supposed to have posted on the Internet.
We can tell you that following a Police investigation this was found not to be the case and that the allegations were for a better way of putting it malicious on the part of her.
He has not been subject to any prosecution and it is quite clear that the matter was for want of a better expression, manipulated by her to reflect upon him but that he had in fact not done anything which could or should be regarded as being wrong"

So after a Police investigation that included a taped interview...examination of my computer...I was "cleared` of having anything to do with the naked pictures or pornographic film clips.

The Police are now in possession of new information about Julie Johnson and her pornographic past...which she `forgot` to inform them about.

But thanx to `The Punk Detective` the Police now know about the two Southend County Court Hearings(Case SS05F01533) from October 2005 and March 2006...where JULIE JOHNSON admitted on oath to starring in four pornographic movies.

That fact now appears in official Essex Police files.

*JULIE JOHNSON can no longer deny her `porno past` or tell the Police...Friends...family...boyfriends...work colleagues...neighbours...or `family of current/future boyfriends`...that she never `starred` in porno films between 1992/2004.

She can no longer accuse me of lying.

Julie Johnson made similar allegations...and again no action was taken on the advice of the CPS.

Now that I`m in contact with the Police... and they are assisting me...I asked if Julie Johnson had at anytime between June 2005 and March 2007 made any allegations against her boyfriend Richard Grimson of either 40 Hyde Way Wickford Essex or 10 Carswell Gardens The Wick Wickford Essex.

They confirmed that Mrs Johnson had not made a single complaint against the former pimp and child abuser...but confirmed that I had.

My complaints made between that same period remain on file.

*The truth is JULIE JOHNSON can no longer deny the following facts.

1. Her boyfriend Richard Grimson was reported to Wickford and Basildon Police three times between June 2005 and March 2007...for violently threatening and verbally sexually abusing young children.

2. This included 38 phone calls and threats in the street

3. The pervert admitted his vile behaviour to the Police and was warned about his future behaviour.

I can not go into details about this arrest as it is currently being investigated by the IPCC...as I have reported a female detective...but Essex Police are now claiming it was Julie Johnson who used the words "Garry Johnson is mentally ill, very dangerous and about to carry out 6 murders" and not one of their officers...hence the investigation...to determine who actually said what.

I have already found massive holes in the allegations of Ms Johnson...at one point she claims I sent a copy of my novel to her cousin Sally Prevost (aka Sally Griffin) !

Now the Mother of Sally Prevost/Griffin happens to be my mums sister...so how on earth does that make her a cousin of Julie Johnson?

Plus...I never sent this person a novel - I will of course be asking the IPCC to ask Basildon Police to produce proof of posting...as any package would contain...handwriting evidence...DNA...or fingerprints.

I have already asked Essex Police to provide the same evidence relating to the allegations of Ms Johnson.

Amazingly...one of the people...Mrs Julie Johnson claimed I was going to kill was her perverted boyfriend Richard Grimson...again I will be asking the IPCC to request any evidence to support that allegation from Basildon Police.
